Nitin Sethi leads digital strategy, enterprise IT and transformation initiatives across the Americas for Autoliv. He is focused on repositioning IT from a support function to a strategic driver of business performance, delivering measurable outcomes across operations, supply chain, and engineering.

With over 25 years of experience in automotive and manufacturing, Sethi has led large-scale digital transformations spanning AI, data and analytics, Industry 4.0, ERP modernisation, and cloud adoption - driving efficiency, cost optimisation, and faster execution.

Prior to Autoliv, he held leadership roles at HCLTech, Visteon, Accenture, and Oracle, delivering enterprise transformation programmes for automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers. Sethi is known for his business-first approach to IT and for positioning technology as a driver of enterprise value.
