Jessica Paugh Warnke is President & CEO of Carter LOGISTEED (formerly Carter Express and Carter Logistics), where she leads the company’s strategic direction and oversees end-to-end supply chain operations across a robust North American network and growing presence in Mexico.

Since joining Carter in 2012, Jessica has advanced through key leadership roles, becoming President & CEO in 2021. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and an MBA from Butler University.

Jessica is actively involved in the Indiana Motor Truck Association (IMTA), where she serves as Chairwoman and sits on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee.

She has been recognized for her leadership and industry impact, including being named to the IBJ 40 Under 40 (2025) and receiving the 2026 Transportation Woman of the Year award from Drive Clean Indiana.
