Jared Belt is Vice President of Commercialization for ArcBest | Vaux, where he leads commercial strategy and growth for technologies designed to help organizations better understand, improve and automate warehouse operations.

With more than a decade of experience across logistics operations, technology implementation and commercial strategy, Jared brings an operator's perspective to warehouse automation. Throughout his career at ArcBest, he has held leadership roles spanning freight operations, training and operational strategy, technology deployment and customer success, giving him firsthand experience with the operational challenges companies face when introducing new technology into complex, real-world environments.

Today, Jared works with organizations to identify opportunities to improve material flow, increase throughput, and make more informed automation decisions. His focus is helping customers connect operational intelligence with practical applications of Physical AI to create measurable business outcomes and scale automation with confidence.
