Fernando Pinedo is an experienced Senior Executive with over twenty years of leadership in top management roles, directing purchasing organizations for multi-billion-dollar, multi-site operations.

Based in Troy, Michigan, he currently serves Valeo as the North America Purchasing Director, responsible for direct and indirect procurement including raw materials, logistics, provider contracts and sea, air, land transportation.

He began his career at GM Mexico in 1992 as a buyer for six years before moving to GE International. He also held purchasing and logistics roles at Linamar before joining Valeo, where he has served for 21 years. His tenure at Valeo includes roles as Electronics Purchasing Manager, Plant Purchasing manager, and Division Purchasing Director.
