Ben Shain

Ben Shain has led production control across North America at Nissan since February 2026. Part of the carmaker’s supply chain management organisation, he is responsible for scheduling, parts ordering, design change coordination, and cost planning for logistics. Together with his team, he is helping to lead digitalisation and optimisation projects to improve efficiency and ensure execution of Nissan’s production and wholesale targets across the region.

Ben Shain has more than 30 years’ experience in supply chain, logistics and manufacturing across major automotive OEMs and manufacturers. He has held various roles in finished vehicle logistics, domestic and international inbound production parts logistics, service parts transportation, supplier packaging engineering and strategy, and stamping manufacturing both for Nissan North America and Toyota. Ben holds a BS degree in Logistics and Transportation from the University of Tennessee.
