Todd Morley is a dynamic and results-driven supply chain and operations leader with extensive experience directing logistics, supply chain management, systems, distribution, and transportation within high-volume environments. With a strong foundation in private equity, procurement, sourcing, lean methodologies, and manufacturing operations, Todd excels in transforming business processes, driving continuous improvement, and optimizing cost efficiencies.

Currently serving as the Director of North American Distribution at Henkel Adhesive Technologies, Todd leads a team of managers across 17 fulfillment locations throughout North America. He has spearheaded major projects, including the launch of numerous new distribution centers and the development of leadership education programs focused on finance, budgeting, and project management.

Todd has a proven track record in strategic roles, including as Vice President of Operations at DMA Sales, Inc., where he led six company warehouses and two 3PL locations, and as Director of North American Logistics at Pure Fishing, Inc., where he significantly reduced distribution and transportation costs while navigating the complexities of the COVID-19 pandemic. 

A forward-thinking leader, Todd blends strategic planning with hands-on management, ensuring safety, quality, and security are at the forefront of operations. His educational background includes a Master of Liberal Arts in Information Management Systems from Harvard University, a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Tennessee, and an MITx MicroMasters in Supply Chain Management from MIT. He is also trained in Lean methodologies and has completed the Leading Bold Change program with Kotter International.
