Sergio Gutierrez is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Glovis America, where he leads the company’s Finished Vehicle Logistics (FVL) business, driving strategy, execution, and performance across its core operating pillars: logistics operating, commercial growth, capacity planning, and network transformation.

 In his current role, Mr. Gutierrez is accountable for delivering scalable growth, operational excellence, and service performance across Glovis America’s logistics network, supporting global OEMs while expanding third-party partnerships and diversifying the company’s service portfolio. He also leads the company’s innovation agenda, advancing supply chain capabilities through digitalization, automation, and continuous improvement.

Mr. Gutierrez is known for a results-driven, highly accountable leadership style that emphasizes clarity, ownership, and disciplined execution, while fostering collaboration and innovation across teams and partners.

With over 25 years of experience in global automotive logistics and supply chain management, he brings deep expertise across multimodal transport, ports, and inland processing centers, with leadership experience spanning North America and Europe.
