Marcio Lucon has led GM global logistics organisation since September 2024, with responsibility for global inbound, finished vehicle, service parts, containerisation and logistics purchasing.
Currently based in US Michigan, he has been with GM for over 25 years, navigating a series of regional and global cross functional roles in Brazil, Singapore and South Korea, covering strategic areas that include sales and product portfolio planning to production scheduling and materials handling.
Prior to his current role, in 2020, Lucon took on Purchasing, Supply Chain and Logistics leadership responsibility for South America. Marcio Lucon brings his diverse global and functional background to GM’s global logistics leadership position as he works to ensure logistics and containers are key influencers during strategic discussions across the company.
