Josh Ewertz is the Automotive Business Development Leader for North America at Geek+, where he works with automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, parts manufacturers, distributors, and logistics providers to develop next-generation warehouse automation strategies.

With more than a decade of experience in industrial automation, robotics, and advanced manufacturing, Josh has helped manufacturers identify and implement automation solutions that improve operational performance, increase throughput, and address persistent labor challenges.

Prior to Geek+, he held automation and business development leadership roles with Rockwell Automation and Special Purpose Machine Builder, supporting manufacturers through digital transformation, warehouse modernization, and production automation initiatives.

Today, Josh focuses on connecting automotive supply chain challenges with practical robotics applications, including goods-to-person systems, pallet automation, autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), automated storage and retrieval systems (ASRS), and integrated warehouse execution strategies.

His work centers on helping organizations build scalable, resilient, and future-ready logistics operations while aligning automation investments with measurable business outcomes.
