Joel Eigege is a senior vice president of operations for Ryder System, Inc., a leading supply chain, dedicated transportation, and fleet management solutions company.

With 20 years at Ryder, Mr. Eigege is responsible for the strategic leadership, operational execution, sales activity, and financial performance of the automotive, aerospace, and industrial manufacturing segment within Ryder’s Supply Chain Solutions business unit. His customers include original equipment manufacturers and their suppliers and distributors, as well as a broad range of manufacturing companies.

Previously, Mr. Eigege served as vice president of supply chain operations for Ryder Last Mile. He has also served as vice president and global product manager for Ryder’s Fleet Management Solutions, where he led the global commercial rental product team responsible for providing transportation solutions to customers across North America and the U.K., earning the company more than $1 billion in annual revenue. Since joining Ryder in 2006, Joel has held positions of increasing responsibility with roles in finance, operations, data analytics, and customer service.

Prior to joining Ryder, Joel worked as a product engineer in the automotive industry where he focused on product innovation and reevaluation of existing products aimed at cost reductions.

Joel earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, with a concentration in Mechanical Engineering, from Calvin College in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Joel and his family currently reside in Michigan.
