James Parker, Jr. Senior Vice-President Global Parts and Service at Stellantis.

James Parker Jr. is responsible for Stellantis’s aftersales supply chain and logistics operations globally as well as across North America. He leads parts supply network planning, parts distribution centres (PDCs), and channel management across Stellantis brands and its Mopar aftersales division.

Since 2021, he has overseen the modernisation of Stellantis’ aftersales parts supply chain in North America, including the introduction of new distribution strategies, lean and agile methodologies to strengthen service performance across North America, as well as the introduction of new facilities with advanced technology. In autumn 2025, he was appointed SVP responsible for global parts and service operations.

Parker previously served as Director of North America Parts Supply Chain Management and earlier led PDC Operations for Stellantis and its predecessor, Fiat Chrysler Automobiles. Over 15 years at then-FCA, Parker held a series of leadership roles, including management of 17 regional PDCs, new regional sit launches and oversight of major warehouse complexes in Michigan.

Before joining Stellantis, Parker managed lean distribution centres for General Motors and began his career at UPS, where he supervised production teams and logistics operations. He has a BA from the University of Memphis and an MBA in Business and Logistics from the University of Phoenix.
