Frank Sobotka is the CEO of DSV Air & Sea Division. In his functions he reports to the Group CEO of the DSV organization.​

Frank joined DSV Air & Sea early 2010. Throughout the years he had different responsibilities such product or sales director and acting as managing director in DE, NL, BE or FR prior taking the global CEO role, he acted as Executive Vice President Region Europe. ​

Frank is in freight forwarding since 1990, starting with a 3 years freight forwarder apprenticeship, followed by a Bachelor of Science (hons) at DAV (Deutsche Aussenhandels- und Verkehrsakademie) Bremen. Prior starting with DSV, Frank covered different positions with other logistics companies.​

Frank is married and has two sons, he likes traveling, doing sports such as running, tennis and skiing.
