Dr. Oleg Gusikhin has led Ford Global Supply Chain Analytics since January 2023 where he is responsible for delivering data-driven decision support and actionable insights to Ford’s supply chain, material planning and logistics (MP&L) business units. He has over 30 years of experience in application of advanced technology and analytics in the automotive industry. For over 20 years, he has been working at Ford Motor Company in different functional areas. Dr. Gusikhin delivered many high-impact contributions to production scheduling, supply chain risk management, and connected vehicles technology and services.

He is a recipient of three Henry Ford Technology Awards, the 2025 INFORMS Innovative Applications in Analytics Award"INFORMS Innovative Applications in Analytics Award", the 2014 INFORMS Daniel H. Wagner Prize for Excellence in the Practice of Advanced Analytics and Operations Research, and the 2009 Institute of Industrial Engineers Transactions Best Application Paper Prize in Scheduling and Logistics. Dr. Gusikhin is a Fellow of IEEE, Fellow of INFORMS, Fellow in Production and Inventory Control by the Association for Supply Chain Management and a Lecturer in the Industrial and Operations Engineering department at the University of Michigan.
