Don Ingersoll

Don Ingersoll is responsible for all day-to-day operations across North America for RoadOne Intermodal Logistics. He has more than 25 years of transportation and logistics leadership and experience at some of the largest logistics companies in North America. He is focused on helping to build out the team, systems, and infrastructure to successfully scale the business due to his extensive background in dealing with rapidly growing organisations within the industry.

Prior to joining RoadOne, Don served as President of Roehl Transport, a multi-modal carrier, leading the truckload, refrigerated, and dedicated divisions. At XPO Logistics, a global logistics provider, he held the role of Vice President of Transportation overseeing operations of the intermodal and drayage business units in North America. He also spent 14 years with JB Hunt Transport in a variety of leadership positions in the dedicated and intermodal businesses.

Don earned an Associate of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from Purdue University and a Master of Science degree in Transportation Management from the University of Denver. He is also actively involved in the American Trucking Association and sits on the Intermodal Carrier counsel.
