Since 2021 Daniel has been responsible for building Rivian’s service parts fulfillment network and operations from the ground up to support Rivian’s internal service centers, third party collision centers and service providers, charging operations, remanufacturing, and direct to consumer merchandise and vehicle accessories. Over the past year his scope has expanded to include service parts planning and distribution strategy teams. Including his time at Rivian, Daniel has 12 years of automotive experience across several after sales and service parts disciplines with a primary focus on fulfillment and distribution operations. He feels privileged to have split his career between a traditional OEM in Volkswagen Group of America and an EV Startup in Rivian.
