Casie Boullard is an experienced vehicle logistics quality engineer, who has played a pivotal role in quality management for Nissan for nearly a decade, engaging with partners and cross-functional teams to reduce damage, clarify root causes, and improve finished vehicle logistics performance.

As senior quality engineer, she leads quality assurance across the company’s logistics network in North America, ensuring vehicle condition is maintained at every handover. Casie ensures that vehicle logistics stakeholders maintain and follow standards across road transport, rail, yards, ports and ocean shipping, writing and overseeing internal logistics quality manuals, bulletins, and standards.

She also helps coordinate vehicle testing efforts on transport equipment, securement and lashing. Her team manages incident and insurance claim processes, working closely with claims partners and dealer warranty teams.
