Ben Steffes is Vice President, Solutions & Strategy in RXO's Managed Transportation business where he is responsible for the successful implementation of new programs and leveraging RXO's people, processes, and technology to deliver a best-in-class experience for new and existing customers. In this role, Ben oversees the project management office, which is responsible for all strategic initiatives and new customer onboardings, as well as the account management team, which is responsible for customer success in the food and beverage and consumer products group verticals.

Prior to RXO's acquisition of Coyote Logistics in 2024, Ben oversaw Coyote's modal solutions group, which included the Coyote Transportation Management, less-than-truckload, and intermodal service offerings. Ben has nearly 15 years of experience in the logistics and supply chain industry and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin - Madison.
