Antonio Fondevilla is Global Head of Automotive at Maersk, responsible for setting and executing the company’s global strategy for the automotive sector. He leads the Maersk Automotive team, defines value propositions, sponsors strategic customer pursuits, and manages key client relationships. Antonio has more than 25 years of Supply Chain Management and logistics experience across operations and business development in Automotive & Industrial Technology, Consumer and Pharma sectors. He joined Maersk in April 2022 following his role as Chief Commercial Officer at Grupo Sesé. Prior to that, he served as EVP, Global Automotive Lead at CEVA Logistics, and held senior positions with DHL Supply Chain and Exel, focused on the automotive industry. He began his career at Nissan. He holds a master’s degree in industrial engineering from UPC and postgraduate degrees from IESE and ISDI.
