Alexandre Bertolino is the Regional Head of Seafreight, Americas at Hellmann Worldwide Logistics, where he leads the company’s ocean freight strategy across North and South America. In this role, he is responsible for driving sustainable growth, strengthening carrier and customer partnerships and advancing operational excellence throughout the region.

With more than two decades of experience in global logistics and ocean freight, Alexandre has built a distinguished career leading commercial, product, and trade management teams across the Americas. Prior to joining Hellmann, he served as Vice President and Head of Ocean Freight Growth, Americas at DHL Global Forwarding, where he led regional growth initiatives and was responsible for commercial performance, product strategy, and operational excellence.

Originally from Brazil, Alexandre began his career in ocean freight operations, trade marketing, and sales, developing a deep understanding of global supply chains and international trade. Known for his customer-centric approach and strategic leadership, he is passionate about helping organizations navigate market complexity and unlock growth opportunities in an evolving logistics landscape.
