Since January 1st, 2024, Adam Olson oversees the operational performance and strategic development of Logistics for the Bosch Mobility Sector in North and Latin America. This includes providing guidance and functional steering excellence to over 2000 regional logistics team members as well as optimizing greater than 1 billion in inventory and 800 million in logistics cost. Over his 25 years automotive experience, he has held key roles at Bosch. These include Director of Global Project Management, Commercial Director in Queretaro, Mexico and Head of Logistics in multiple plants. Adam is passionate about leveraging data and emerging technologies to enhance business efficiency as well as driving cultural change.
